Ed is the kind of small business owner you wish there were more of. I had just moved here from North Carolina and needed a headlight replaced. He handled it quickly while I grabbed coffee across the street, then went a step further by checking my fluids and tire pressure.
It’s a small gesture, but it says everything about how he runs his business. That level of care is rare today, and it’s exactly why he’s earned my future business.
I absolutely adore this shop! Ed is the nicest man to work with. As a women in my 20’s, I’m always worried I’ll be ripped off for lack of knowledge or upsold services- not here! Ed throughly explains things, doesn’t upsell for things I don’t need, and even has noticed things that were wrong that I didn’t & fixed them for free or such a small amount.
Found this shop while road tripping up from Tampa Florida. Ended up needing help with a few missing bolts & Ed was able to help get me fastened up and back on the road in no time. Much appreciate the help on such a long trip.
