Room for a couple trucks to park and wait for delivery or pickup. (Small lot on peck hollow or Regency Rd beside the building) Would suggest coming in on Regency. Guy in recieving was nice, guy on forklift was getting lippy while I was looking for recieving because there was nobody in recieving, and all I was doing was following the signs that pointed to recieving. (Don't do that ?) signage need updated.

Purchased a trifold flex a few months ago, happened to break the little bracket that holds the support rod in stored position. I called customer support and in less then a minute I was talking to a gentleman that got my name and address, and in less then 4min he said ok will ship a hand full out to ya tomorrow via fedex. Now that’s customer service at its finest!!!!

I ordered their top-of-the-line painted cover (Elite LX) on July 1st. I was quoted a 5-6 week delivery time. The dealer received the cover on October 23rd, almost 4 months later. I called Undercover a number of times. They had nothing but excuses on why it was taking so long. First it was the virus, then it was hard to find good painters, then they weren't able to get the products they needed. No one would look up the order for 3.5 months to tell me where I stood and all I was told is that I could cancel the order if I was unhappy, if the dealer would let me cancel.
