I had a leak in the basement of my house and didn’t know what to do. I called Hanes Plumbing, because I’ve heard positive reviews of Jesse and his work. He was away for the weekend with his family, and rushed back to rogersville to get me taken care. His customer service, friendly attitude, and work was outstanding, and to be honest, he’s very handsome. Very reasonable and got my drain clog taken care of in no time. We were having well problems.
I called a prominent well service for the area.
They came out and told us we needed a new pump.
After calling them back several times to try to get the proper motor for our needs, it felt like I kept getting met with resistance.
I finally decided to call A & B Well & Pump Services simply based off reviews I had read.
We are so thrilled I did.
To start, I know nothing of wells or well pumps. Yet Bryan was so nice over the phone and did not talk down to me at all.
He came out later that day to look at our problem.
By this time my husband was home and saw all the tests that Bryan ran, that weren’t run by the other company.
After spending about 30 minutes or so checking things out. He told us that even though our motor was getting up there in age. That it WASN’T the motor at all.
It was something very minor that he repaired and fixed right on the spot.
Our water pressure is completely back.
My husband tried to give him money for his time and knowledge but Bryan wasn’t even going to take it.
It feels so rare to find a good and honest service provider/business owner.
I feel we have found one and will be calling him for our well needs and for when we do actually need that new motor.

The last two haircuts from Catherine and Mike (I believe that was his name) have been amazing for my stepson. He has sensory issues and the staff here have been very understanding and helpful during the haircut process. My boy looks fresh!!

We had an issue with our Maytag icemaker. It was under warranty. D&D replaced and was done in less than 30 minutes. We live almost 2 hours away so it is quite a drive. He was friendly, professional and did a great job.

I met Chris at a lawn and garden show. After talking a few minutes we scheduled an appointment to investigate installing a sprinkler system in my yard. Chris showed up as scheduled was very timely on presenting the bid. The price was great compared to other estimates. The installation was scheduled, started and completed as planned. Excellent service. I had a low spot on my roof where the air conditioner was. William put a new seal under the air conditioner and checked out the roof. Woohoo! Roof doesn't hold water anymore. He also replaced the converter all for a reasonable price. Checked out lights, battery and made sure there was grease in the bearings. I definitely will be using them again and recommend them highly.
I was just thinking of Jo Ann this afternoon and I have been hoping to give her a good review, as she did a great job with our taxes last year even though my paperwork was not in the best order. Jo Ann seems to prefer order, but she was patient with our imperfections. She was just right for me and I recommend her, especially to those who would have their paperwork in order. She is a sweet lady and doesn't necessarily understand those who all unorganized, so do yourself and her some justice and do your best to be ready with the right paperwork.

My most recent visit was for a calf with sepsis. He was knocking on heavens door. He couldn't lift his head, couldn't suckle and was recovering from hypothermia. Alec did everything he could to give him a fighting chance although the odds weren't great. Because of Spragg, he has pulled through. I am forever grateful and will continue using them for my pet and livestock needs.
We had a rocky road getting things done but three stone homes work with us and got everything we needed done and we love the house Treay, Tim, lady’s in the office and the crew did a good job we have a few minor things to fix up but Todd and the crew have been working those things out. Allison been keeping tabs on things but over all we are happy with are home so far. Been in it since March 2026 so if your looking for a home these guys have a nice Selection
