I had a leak in the basement of my house and didn’t know what to do. I called Hanes Plumbing, because I’ve heard positive reviews of Jesse and his work. He was away for the weekend with his family, and rushed back to rogersville to get me taken care. His customer service, friendly attitude, and work was outstanding, and to be honest, he’s very handsome. Very reasonable and got my drain clog taken care of in no time. Brian has helped us so much the last month! First, our very old tank went out and he was over in a few hours and had it replaced the next day. Yesterday evening we noticed we didn’t have much water. I texted him at 7:30 this morning and he was in our driveway by 9. We thought we’d have to wait until Thursday to replace wiring due to a fence/trees being in the way… but my husband came home and fixed those things and Brian drove by at 7pm and got to work to replace all the wiring and our pump so we had showers by 9pm. I couldn’t thank him enough for being so kind, honest and hardworking!

I have hired several lawn companies since I built my house and had no success in a nice lawn. I'll tell you one thing, when they say trust the process.... Trust the process!!! My yard looks better than it ever has. It was is construction with red dirt, weeds, and lots of crabgrass. I started out with classic lawns at the beginning of Summer with a sad looking yard. I now have grass in my backyard for the first in 8 years!!! To top it off they are very reasonably priced!! Hire them! You won't be sorry!!!

I met Chris at a lawn and garden show. After talking a few minutes we scheduled an appointment to investigate installing a sprinkler system in my yard. Chris showed up as scheduled was very timely on presenting the bid. The price was great compared to other estimates. The installation was scheduled, started and completed as planned. I was just thinking of Jo Ann this afternoon and I have been hoping to give her a good review, as she did a great job with our taxes last year even though my paperwork was not in the best order. Jo Ann seems to prefer order, but she was patient with our imperfections. She was just right for me and I recommend her, especially to those who would have their paperwork in order. She is a sweet lady and doesn't necessarily understand those who all unorganized, so do yourself and her some justice and do your best to be ready with the right paperwork.
My husband and I could not make up our minds about floor choices! We visited several places to choose flooring. Sonya helped us by giving great advice on different types and styles. We finally made our choice!! We chose a beautiful carpet and after it’s finished we love it! The carpet layers worked hard to install and cleaned up nicely. We could not be happier. Would highly recommend Signature Flooring!! Oh and pricing was great

My most recent visit was for a calf with sepsis. He was knocking on heavens door. He couldn't lift his head, couldn't suckle and was recovering from hypothermia. Alec did everything he could to give him a fighting chance although the odds weren't great. Because of Spragg, he has pulled through. I am forever grateful and will continue using them for my pet and livestock needs.
