UnderCover, Inc. is a highly recommended location for semi truck drivers to deliver loads, known for its efficient service, often allowing drivers to be out within 20 minutes. The facility has limited parking space for waiting trucks, and while the staff in receiving can be helpful, some signage needs improvement. Customers have praised UnderCover for excellent service and fair prices, particularly in providing missing parts for truck covers.
We recently purchased a product from RealTruck and are delighted with the quality. The cover is exceptional and meets all our expectations. Thank you, RealTruck, for providing such high-quality products. However, we suggest improving the installation instructions to simplify the process.
Purchased a trifold flex a few months ago, happened to break the little bracket that holds the support rod in stored position. I called customer support and in less then a minute I was talking to a gentleman that got my name and address, and in less then 4min he said ok will ship a hand full out to ya tomorrow via fedex. Now that’s customer service at its finest!!!!
Fantastic Cover, BEST QUALITY of any I looked at, installed with my wife in about 30-35 minutes, and the light took a fair amount of that! Easy install, great customer service, great product and great pricing.....definitely 5 stars.
