We have new 2025 Viking trailer, with the kitchen outside at the rear. At the campsite the rear door fell to the ground. The rear door suddenly fell to the ground. We were certain we would have to cancel our trip and return home to Michigan. We called Ken's Rv and within 2 hours he came to us and he repaired the door in better shape than the original design and we continued on our way to New Mexico and back. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Thank you Ken.

Bryan from Ken’s RV repair stopped at Cook's RV park to look at the panel from the underbelly of my Cedar Creek 5th that had partially came loose yesterday while on the road. He discovered that it didn’t need to be replaced but just have new screws with washers put in it the panel and frame He was quick efficient and great to work with. He contacted my warranty company and got the repair work approved. Thanks Bryan for your quick work. I know I can finish my trip to Texas after visiting some friends here
