My Iphone 14 Pro battery failed while traveling. Thankfully we were are Springfield, MO and I found The Smartphone Doctor. Ethan installed a new battery very quickly. My phone is working great. I am absolutely thrilled. Thank you so many much Ethan! ☺️

Ethan was great, professional and courteous. He was very eager to help me get to the bottom of what was wrong and did it fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting either a console done or smartphone. Great dude overall.

I was in there today with my wife trying to get some info off a old phone that would not turn on he was extremely helpful and kind I will be comming back if I ever need anything done in the future
