I shattered the back of my phone and they fixed the back for me. My case was not fitting correctly for some reason. I reached out and they were more than happy to put a new back on the phone. Great customer service and communication. I highly recommend them.
In November last year I got my Samsung S21 Ultra filled with water. I let it sit for a few days and most of the water dried up except for the camera, and the camera did not work. I could see moisture in the camera lens. I went to a few repair shops in springfield and they basically told me it was junk. I went to 417iphone repair and talked to Brandie, she priced me a new camera for my phone and ordered it. A couple days later I dropped my phone off and within two hours I stopped back by and my phone was like new again at a Great price.
