From the outset Mike and Jasper were very knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. They helped us coordinate our insurance claim, worked hand-in-hand with the adjustor to determine a fair price for the scope of work, and got us in ahead of schedule. The quality of work and service, from start to finish, was top-notch. Their team were also accessible to contact, either directly, or through their online customer portal. Hopefully we don't have to go back to them any time soon (because that would mean another hail storm!), but we highly recommend them.
I got ahold of this company via Google and within minutes I got a text from a gentleman named Jake. We had storm damage and needed our roof repair due to a leak. That day he gave me a time like 1:46 pm and he showed up at that exact time , down to the minute. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The time he was at my house for pictures and assessment was under 15mins. He had the quote to me the very next morning. Now the gentlemen that came out to do the work were exactly the same way.
