I called Brian after being referred by a fellow co worker for a kitchen faucet install. He was very knowledgeable off the bat and spoke to some of the problems that might arise based on the age of the pipes.
On the day of installing, Brian found several things wrong because of the previous work by someone else. He was very honest and passionate about the issues he saw, and what damage it would cause down the line. He didn't sell us some pipe dream and was honest about the work that needed to be done. He assured us once fixed we would never have a problem in that area again.
