My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Bob’s Root’r Service. We had a clogged kitchen sink and called them on a Sunday at the strong recommendation of a family member who had used Bob’s for extensive plumbing work.
Bob and Brett came out the very next day and had us back in business in less than an hour. This family-owned company is efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. I also have to give a special shout-out to Glenis — her customer service over the phone was top-notch, and my husband absolutely adores her. Bob and Brett did excellent work! I called over the weekend about a faulty water heater and they answered the phone and worked out all the details in a very timely and professional manner. Bob and Brett came out today to replace the water heater and were very respectful of our home and did great work! I would recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, professional plumbing service or installations. Thanks guys!
