When I need my pipes cleaned, I call Bob's Rooter Service. My wife called me Sunday and told me we had water coming up from our basement drain. I called Bob's. On a Sunday, they answered the phone. The woman who answered was going in for knee replacement surgery on Monday. This is a small company. I asked if I should schedule it for another day. She said no we can get you in." Monday, I called to touch base at 11 am to reconfirm our appointment. I had planned on traveling but moved my schedule around to take care of this. The woman's husband , Bob, answered the phone. Called on Monday and was able to get someone out to my house Friday. Guys called before heading to the house and fixed my clogged basement drain. When they got here they noticed a couple of different things like how my hot and cold water were switched on my washer! So glad they were to notice that, I was thinking something was wrong with my washer machine. But they fixed the problem and more. The price was pretty good after all the fixes. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service.

What a great company! Bobs installed a vanity for me, hooked up a new garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet and then got all the lines hooked up. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing very fair. Would highly recommend
