So far we have not seen any activity since the initial installation. If I have ever had a suspicion of activity, they would come out and check. We have also used their services for bug spraying in the basement. We used to have a problem with brown recluse spiders in the basement. Orkin came out every other month for a year and they could not kill the spiders. One spray application with Cole and and we haven't seen any in basement or upstairs. I only wish I called them sooner. We waisted so much money with orkin trying to spray for carpenter ants as well. Travis said that he never sprays for carpenter ants. Just get rid of the rot that is attracting them.
