Catch-It was the fourth company I had out for my rodent problem. They took care of it, they acted like they wanted to take care of it also, which was a big issue with me. Folks, if you're gonna use somebody use them. Garrett is the young man. I had exceptional service with, really made me feel he cared about my issue. Yesterday I heard what sounded like a bird in my dryer vent. Critter sounded pretty desperate to get out. Next day silence. When Garrett came out he did a complete search from top to bottom and looks like the critter made its way out. In order to prevent another uninvited visitor Garrett recommended a vent that only opens when the dryer is in use (magnetized). I am very happy. Garrett was also able to recommend some foundation work that will help prevent mice from entering my 1900 era home this fall. All round a great experience!!!
