Kyle did an awesome job! We originally called for brown recluse concerns and ended up going with general pest control after the initial inspection and advice — super friendly, honest service with no upselling pressure or contract lock-in like everybody else tries to sell you on. We will be sticking with this company for the future.
We had termites a few years back. We used Cole Pest control to get rid of them. Heath is very friendly and thorough. He stops by once a year and checks and switches out the bait in the traps. So far we have not seen any activity since the initial installation. If I have ever had a suspicion of activity, they would come out and check. We have also used their services for bug spraying in the basement. We used to have a problem with brown recluse spiders in the basement. Orkin came out every other month for a year and they could not kill the spiders. One spray application with Cole and and we haven't seen any in basement or upstairs. I only wish I called them sooner.
