So, I went up into the attic expecting to find mice or rat droppings and instead found bat droppings (…and the bat, thankfully!)Very common mistake to make. Bat droppings look just like mouse droppings, except they are very “airy and crumbly” when you try to smash them (instead of being dense and easy to shape).

They could have sold me an expensive program but instead the owner explained various ant behaviors and species. Totally honest company !!I love when people are enthusiastic and well educated in their profession Can't say enough great things about my experience

First time using Cole's but will definitely not be the last. On the heals of a recent bad service experience with an appliance, I wasn't happy about having to schedule a different service call.Travis arrived less than 24 hours after I scheduled an appointment after I saw a swarm of termites. He was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and explained what he was looking for so I'd know in the future. After the inspection he said that although he certainly could treat our house (for $1,500) that in his opinion it was unnecessary. What?
