It’s funny you thought you could get on google and try to defend yourself by making up lies and then blocking me from responding. You are rude and have some of the worst customer service I have ever had. First of all let me school you, when a client has a complaint, that’s not the way you handle it! But since you’re at it, you hair braiders make me sick!! You over charge, your communication is not clear, and you don’t let people know you’re doing it out of your home!!!!!! I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to never go to you!!!
Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Communication is not clear!! Braider did not specify if I needed to bring my own boho hair. I drove 30 miles for the braider to tell me that she can’t do the style because I don’t have the hair, then when I tried to change the style to something that doesn’t require boho, she kept giving me excuses and kept upping the price. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
