I'm not sure which was worse; my hair or the customer service. I went to Eva Robinson for medium twists last Monday because she had pretty good reviews on her styleseat (recently found out stylist pick reviews that are published). I took care of my twists, but within a few days they were falling out and the braiding hair was extremely frizzy. I had to take the twists down after 8 days of having them in. I contacted Eva and even sent pictures of my hair so that she could see how awful it was. I also offered to come by the shop before I took them down just incase she wanted to see them for herself. She implied that I was being dishonest because she'd "never had that happen before". She was not willing to refund any of my money or redo my hair. I would not recommend her to anyone!
