I purchased a Groupon to try the Infrared sauna. When I called ahead the front desk clerk was very welcoming and excited for me to come in. It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived she gave me a quick chat about how it works and gave me a binder to read through with some of the health benefits of infrared sauna. I found the experience (30 minutes) very relaxing. They give you a terry cloth wrap to wear in the sauna and there are towels for afterwards. The sauna is in a little room of its own that locks. I found the staff pleasant and the whole place nice and clean.

Showed up 20 minutes before close, young lady had already cleaned spray machine. However was so sweet and helpful. I've never done a spray tan before. She took the time to explain and walk me through everything. Thank you so much, I will be back.
