“We did a complete home renovation with Brackmann Construction from mid January 2020 until the end of October 2020. The bid for the work was very detailed. We appreciated the fact that phone calls were answered. During the 10 month construction, our project manager kept us informed and was available to us. The team that worked on our project showed up to work everyday even through the Pandemic. And we could see results daily. Brackmann worked seamlessly with the city, our architect, designers and even my husband whom is difficult to please. That being said. The finished result was nothing less than spectacular . Their attention to detail, craftsman ship, and work ethic are second to none. Plus they are very nice and pleasant people. We love our home. When family and friends come over they are more than impressed. We have Brackmann construction and particularly the team that worked on our home to thank. Thank you team:)“

“I worked with Ed to establish my plan for a bathroom remodel. He listened and guided me through the process. The bid was reasonable. They worked with me throughout the remodel. Even when I change my mind one or two times, they were patient and understanding.Mark was with the project from start to finish with Landon working the majority of the time as well. They were neat and clean the area before they left each day. Their work ethic was commendable. The main thing was I had a gorgeous bathroom when they were finished. “We always get 100% positive feedback from project owners. We do work for residents all the way up to citywide projects. The only complaints we’ve ever gotten are from people who don’t understand how construction works. Everything that seems “inconvenient” has a purpose. You can’t drive on concrete for the time specified by the project OWNER (ie: the City you live in) otherwise it will crack thus requiring homeowners to park in the road or get stuck in your driveway. When replacing the sidewalks, curb, water main or storm system in front of your property it’s because the City you live in specifically called out for that area to be replaced. We don’t randomly choose houses or neighborhoods to “inconvenience”. The construction might cause inconveniences for homeowners, however, the end results far outweigh those. When driving through any construction with any company remember to pay attention and drive safely. Construction workers have families they are supporting and road rage / texting while driving lowers their chances of making it home to their families. God bless.“
