Steve was AMAZING. This was our first time buying a home and he was professional, reliable, detailed, and thoughtful in his approach. He went through his findings step by step, and answered any questions we had. The report was back the same day and he was very kind! We had a small fee for travel because we are outside of his standard area and I would pay it again, it was well worth it. He took his time going through the explanation and even left labels on areas of the home that would be helpful for us to reference/locate later on. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called Steve to speak about options for a potential moisture issue I was having and instead of just taking my money and telling me what I already knew, he guided me on who I should call and what questions I should ask to get the right person for the job. I will be using Bulldog in the future!
