100 stars if I could. This is the third time Balance Point has serviced my AC and they have provided exceptional outstanding service each time. From initial contact to repair everyone is amazing and you're treated like family. My AC went out late yesterday evening, I called this morning at 8a and the tech was at my home at 1p. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I have used 2 other local Belton/Raymore companies in the past with great disappointment and regret. Balance Point is #1 so look no further and give them a call. They are prompt, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced.
I called Balance Point a couple weekends ago when I had my ac unit unexpectedly broke down. They called me back immediately and had my ac back up and running within a few hours. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Thanks again!!!
We have used this Company since moving to this area in 2021. They are very professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
