I’ve been coming to Undo for about three years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is professional, friendly, and they really care about their clients. Every visit feels comfortable and they always take the time to explain treatments and answer my questions. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and I’ve been very happy with my skincare results over the years. I definitely recommend Undo to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality skincare services.

I hate to give bad reviews, especially when the staff is friendly. However, this experience was a disappointment all around.
I got a small black tattoo that is less than a 1/2” in diameter back 7 years ago and called Undo in Feb 2025 to have it removed. I paid for the 6 treatment package. It didn’t budge and when the final treatment came around I said I didn’t want to put myself through the discomfort because if 5 treatments didn’t do anything, one more wasn’t going to. None of my treatments ever looked like they have in videos I’ve seen where it turns white during the treatment…just red. I wasn’t going to pay for additional treatments, either, after not having any positive results the first round.
I was also getting hair removal on my arms. I wasn’t charged for the hair removal treatment that last visit, which seemed only fair. I’ve had full body hair removal before and touch-ups on my arms at other salons, but never had one zap the individual hairs. Yeah, those two treatments did nothing either.
That last tattoo removal appointment was in November ‘25’; the first was in February ‘25. It didn’t budge at all. Kevin showed me the progression of pictures he took. I don’t know what he was seeing, but there was no progression. The coloring of my arm (not tattoo) was way different in each picture. That was odd considering it was in the same room every time.
I wasted a lot of money at this place. I got a text from them just this morning asking if I wanted to schedule another round of treatments. Ummm…no thanks.

The staff at Undo is unmatched! The team takes the time to explain treatments, procedures, expected results, and risks. Pricing is extremely fair and the packages are a great deal. I did IPL for dry eyes and it has been life changing. Thank you Undo!

They did a great job removing the age spots from my forehead. Very nice and professional people.

I do IPL treatments for my dry eyes and have done some body contouring treatments at Undo. It’s been fantastic.
