My son began his taekwondo journey at Pride Martial Arts a year ago, and we have fallen in love with this place, the joyful, charismatic instructors, and the warm community. My husband and I joined in the fun taking classes a few months ago, and we love the challenge and the encouragement we receive. We couldn't recommend Pride with greater enthusiasm. Our son used to doubt his athletic ability, but he has received so much encouragement for his skills and good character. (We also love how welcoming the classes are to students of all backgrounds! It's a very accepting community!) A big thank you to Mr. Nakano, Master Palmer, and the whole team for making this experience so special for all three of us.

Discovering Parkville's Pride Martial Arts has been a transformative journey for my child. Since joining in late 2021, she has progressed to a brown belt, but more importantly, she's evolved into a confident individual with strengthened self-esteem and a growing work ethic. What sets them apart is their approach; they don't just teach martial arts, they instill life skills like self-discipline, self-esteem, and honesty. Witnessing my child grow in these aspects over the past two and a half years has been incredibly rewarding.Pride Martial Arts isn't just a place of instruction; it's a supportive community where every student is valued. The instructors go above and beyond to understand each student's needs and aspirations, guiding them not only in martial arts but also in personal growth. My child's journey, from participating in tournaments to now being part of the legacy program to learn how to become an instructor herself, is a testament to their impact. I highly recommend anyone interested to take advantage of their free class offer and experience firsthand the transformative power of Pride Martial Arts.

Great team of trainers, my boys love attending class. A lot of positive life/moral reinforcement and a lot of positive affirmations for students. Focusing on qualities like honesty, respect, discipline and self esteem. A very positive and healthy learning environment!

I love how creative and unique the training here is, I walk in every class and never know what to expect. The instructors are very gifted in teaching all different skill levels of people. I have nothing else to say except how wonderful going here is!!!

The masters/senseis are very patient and understanding. They embody and uphold the values and keep the standards of Taekwondo. I love this facility and the people who teach here.

My daughter has been attending Pride Martial Arts since June. It's exercise but she is having so much fun that she does not realize it's exercise. She looks forward to class time and working progressively toward her belts. They have a great introduce a friend program where you can bring a friend to classes for a month for free. My daughter started that way when a school friend asked her to try it.

My son has attended classes here for nearly three years. He enjoys the challenge and they do a great job of keeping classes organized and on schedule. The instructors are skilled and quite good at communicating with all ages.

I went to this school to work for my black belt. I am still great friends of the previous owners kid. I was and still am drawn to learning more and more, sadly I dropped out cause of the new owner for not telling the students to just call me elliot and not miss ella, refused to get my dead name changed on my black belt. I want to grow in XMA, but im finding a better place if the old owners were still here I would still be going and working towards my 2nd degree. And would start working there.
