After enduring a long haul flight from California and battling the dreaded jet lag, I stumbled upon Life Massage during my quest for some much needed relief. And boy, am I glad I did! My therapist, Sharla, was an absolute master in her craft. With her expertise in therapeutic and relaxation massage, she skillfully tailored the session to address my jet lag and travel related muscle stiffness. The combination of deep tissue, Swedish and hot stone techniques worked wonders on my tired body, instantly melting away the tension and promoting a sense of deep relaxation. Sharla is great! Very personable and knowledgeable. I told her to “go for it” and she was intuitive as to my needs. Her studio is very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
Sharla is great. She's very intuitive and finds all the tight spots and works them out with just the right amount pressure so it's still relaxing but also very therapeutic. The studio is a very comfortable environment. Definitely will continue to book whenever I'm in town.
