have been establishing primary care for myself and children over the past three weeks, so I’ve had quite a few first visits. I would like to express Dr. Wylie and Nurse Mitsy as a great personable care team, getting to know our family well and talking to my children directly during the visits was helpful to know we will be cared for with intentionality and respect .

Their doctors might be great, but the custmer service and billing are horrible. Good luck navigating their system to find some body to help. I have been told different information from everyone I have talked with. Been waiting to get my card for a month. After I called them to make my premium payment and verified the amount with them, they took two monthly premium payments from my account. When I called back they told me they could get my money back to me in 3 weeks, possibly sooner. I would not recommend them, unless you have time to waste servicing your own account.
Kayla Walker is amazing and so is her MA, Jenny! Both will help you and make sure you are heard. So thankful to have these two in my corner on this crazy health journey. I'm finally getting answers and can't wait to start feeling better.
