This ER is very clean and staff was great! Dr Jones is an amazing physician! I was genuinely grateful to every single one out there (especially Dr Jones and nurses) who helped me to feel better during my worst moments. Thank you for showing up every day and being there for the people during their most vulnerable times!
This is a HUGE compliment, accommodation to Mercy ED South Nurse Sean Icenhower. He was my mother's Nurse during a Sat/June 20th for a post leg clot diagnosis & severe pain/swelling. He was AGAIN Mom's Nurse 5 days later, Wed/Jun 24th. If we had thought Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, such a professional care giver Sat, we saw him in prime work action as he gave every bit of energy, medical know how to save Mom as her now sepis body, fighting off infection & dehydration, had a crashing blood pressure. I’ve been to this ER now 3 times, Twice for family and once for myself. The wait has always been pretty short and the treatment has been pretty quick. The only negative I’ve seen is when they get full of patients they do seem to have trouble with getting those patients moved out to other hospitals for beds.
