There has been several times through the years that heartland has gone the extra mile! They have provided equipment that my grandmother needed to be able to stay in her home and keep her safe. The staff has been extremely helpful and efficient in getting the equipment to my grandma that she needs and always delivers it with a smile on her face. Every time we have had to call the staff have been so kind and helpful to get us to the person we need to talk to!“
