I love how they can craft an arrangement off of a couple favorite colors and flower choices! I'm not a flower expert, so they were able to recommend some choices to fit my price range. My wife loves the arrangement!
In the spring my log home was attacked by Carpenter Bees. Over 25 holes drilled to lay eggs in 2 days. I freaked out. The response from Havener’s was immediate. They inspected and shot foam into each hole and generously sprayed all exposed beams. A couple more new holes appeared in 2-3 days. They returned and totally sprayed again without an additional charge. They have treated my house every 3 months for years. They said it was a bad year for the bees. The bees did not drill in the primary wood, only the many old beams under the porch roof. They hatch in August. I have had many bees zooming and landing on the treated wood but no new holes. I have found several dead bees the past few days. Thank you for your excellent service!!

Air conditioner went out and we called early in the morning and left a message. Mark called back within an hour and a half. He came out fixed the problem and left, he didn't tell us we needed something we didn't. Would definitely recommend him and I am sure we will use him again!Thank you Mark!

Hot water heater blew. Have a friend who installs for another company who told me" good luck finding the model I need, no one carries them, will probably be a custom order, 3 week delivery time"... called this place, they sponsored my sons sports team, they had one in stock, and within 4 hours of initial call my house was up and running. Friendly and professional. Saved me 3 weeks of hearing females complain about cold showers. Thanks!!
I don't think many people are aware that there have been many changes at Heartland, one of which is Heartland has a new Executive Director that has made soooo many positive changes to better Heartland itself, the employees, and to better provide for it's Consumers. They go above and beyond to help those in need. The staff here at Heartland is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I came here for my first tattoo and he did an amazing job! The place is very welcoming and he made my first experience not so scary. He listened and payed attention to what I said I wanted for my tattoo. He’s very funny so if you’re nervous he will help those nerves go away. I highly suggest coming here for a first tattoo and every tattoo after!
