1 Source Heating and Cooling LLC delivered excellent customer service from the initial phone conversation to resolving the issue, which exceeded my expectations. I missed the technician on the first attempt because I had to leave the house during the service window for a family matter. They called to let me know they’d need to reschedule, but were gracious enough not to charge additional fees, which is their policy. The technician came out the very next day, assessed the problem, and found a wiring issue that needed to be addressed. Great experience. My AC went out 3 days before I had an out of the country vacation planned. When i called they set up an appointment the next day. Technician came out early and had to battle the rain but still managed to replace a part. Was extremely nice and helpful.

Had a home warranty issue and 1 Source came out assessed the issue. Completed the work and there was a slight drip after the repairs. Today a tech came out and fixed the drip. With the quick fix my prior 4.5 stars is now a 5 star review!I really do appreciate the front end dispatcher (Keisha I hope that’s how she spells it), Chris a tech who has been out a few times over the years as well as Van and Marquis (I hope that’s how he spells his name) the last two techs who came out recently.Thank you 1 Source.Service: A/C system repair
