“Long days at work, working not your usual 9-5. What do you do with your sweet girl who would normally be at home inside? You go to Fido's!! I can pick her up late, and she is ready for bed.. Wren is fabulous to work with; she is passionate about your precious baby. She also makes sure they are all compatible, which in itself is a great relief. Maggie has had overnight stays and daycare stays. I love it!!!!“

She has such a special way with my dog — unlike other groomers where he gets anxious and tries to escape, he actually loves seeing her and feels completely comfortable in her care. Grooming his paws has always been a challenge because he hates it, but Heather handles it gently and skillfully. She always grooms him exactly how I ask, and he looks perfect every time.

Recently due to my own medical situation, I wasn’t sure if I could make my appointment and had to cancel last minute. Heather was very understanding and professional, which meant a lot to me. Her kindness and clear communication make working with her so easy.
