Very dependable. They were at our house in a few hours. Thanks for getting us up and running.
I called a few HVAC contractors and Puck's called me back right away. First of all, that is unusual for all sorts of contractors around here. So that was great. I told the person that my AC wasn't working - sounded like it was working but no air was coming out. Sam called me a few minutes later and I told him what was going on and he said it was probably froze up somewhere and I needed to turn it off and let it thaw out. Did as he instructed and the next day it worked. The AC froze up 5 or 6 times in the few weeks since I first spoke with Sam so I called them again.
