I have several business and rental places that I use Mr. Blair at. He is always ready and willing to help. He has come out on weekends , at night or pretty much whenever we need him. I always let him know if its an emergency or something that can wait and he is always accommodating. Prices are always reasonable and he walks you through what the issue is. Great asset to the community.
Great guy, have had him do some work twice (technically 3 times) on this old a** AC unit of ours. Very nice, didn't have a problem explaining things to me. Working like magic for several weeks now. Thank you so much!
My 10+ years of using Blair Heating & Cooling have been AWESOME!! Few years ago they walked me through the details of replacing VS repairing VS what I could afford. They are great!!
