They did a restoration for me that took over a week when they said it would be 2 days. On some days the workers did not show up or only for a few hours. They said they were short staffed. When they did show up, most of the crew were daily temp labor who rarely worked. They used my tools (ladder, hammer, etc) as they said they did not have these items. When carrying cabinets out of my house, they caused significant damage to my walls, floor and railings. I was told to get a quote from my painter who is completing the work on the rest of the house and they would reimburse me.
