Donnie Howe was a great help. I needed some non-standard door and window replacements, he knew what he was talking about , he wasnt pushy or trying to upsell me on things I didnt need. Very professional and courteous and made sure I understood the steps and what each step meant. While he provides a service you hope not to need more than once I would be happy to work with him again.

My wife and I had 9 builder grade double-hung windows replaced in February of 2026 with RBA windows to cut down on winter drafts and afternoon summer sun. The salesman measured each opening twice, and the installation team had the windows installed in 5 hours. Very professional from start to finish, and we will be back to replace our old front door. You can pay for cheap windows and that's what you get, or you spend more and get the best. We love our new windows by RBA-STL.
