There are people that are skilled at what they do and then are angels that walk the face of the earth in human form with skills, compassion, and willingness to make the world a better place. Kenny with Spitfire Heating and Air is that angel! During the week that Springfield had a week-long heat wave alert, I sat in my car with my 3yr old trying to look for a company who specializes in HVAC. I knew that as soon as I type in the words AC repairs near me, it would provide endless possibilities of companies, individuals, and ads about how they can help you. And before I typed in my search words, I closed my eyes and whispered a little prayer..Lord, let the movement of my search land on whoever is out there that is doing the works of YOUR hand through their skills. The first one on the list was Spitfire Heating and Air. Kenny answered promptly. I stated my AC issues and concerns citing unit blows hot air even after being on scheduled with coil cleaning and filter changing. Kenny listened and allowed me finish talking. He tells me he only services the Marshfield and Webster county. But our conversation didn’t end there like how many would just drop the call and move on to the next search on the list. The conversation went on to where Kenny became very helpful in suggesting and recommending more information about what I can do get the help i need from reputable companies in my area. Well..2 companies in and 4 days later, my AC issues are not fixed. One company quoted 10k to install new system, another company quoted $500 for diagnostic and 1lb of refrigerants but both companies didn’t have a common denominator of what was causing the issue. Kenny happened to have some business at the Menard in my area so he offered to come by and check my AC issues. Kenny and his right-hand-man-in-training Henry arrived on time, and were able to get to the bottom of the issues I have. Kenny was super knowledgeable about his work, he was approachable, and he took the time to explain what is happening, what to be looking out for, and what to do to prevent the issue from happening again. Kenny is also knowledgeable in reasonable price ranges for services, materials, and made very useful and helpful recommendations and suggestions. My AC unit is now fixed and I am one super happy customer! If google would allow a 10star ratings and the ability for my post to be visible to other review sites or platforms, I would choose a 10star for Kenny and Spitfire Heating and Air and let the world know!
