“The capacitor went out on our outdoor unit on one of the hottest days of the year. It had worked during the day but as the night went on the house kept getting hotter and hotter. We thought we were going to suffer through the night until we could get someone out in the morning. My husband called to leave a message and to our surprise Kenneth answered and said he could come out and change it at the same cost as it would be in the morning. He showed up a little after 9 pm and 15 minutes later the house was cooling down. Also showed my husband how to prevent future problems. What a blessing! Will be recommending Kenneth to everyone I know needing HVAC repairs!!”
