15 years of good business with them! They work to find me the best insurance and lowest prices. I've been called to let me know that there's another policy offering lower rates, in fact. They are just wonderful people overall, and very good at what they do. Our car insurance is through them, and so is our homeowners. They directed me to a different company for life insurance and savings accounts, and I've been nothing but happy with them, too. I have happily recommended them to multiple friends and coworkers over the years and have heard nothing negative about them at all from those people. I have been with The Insurance Groupe for several years now. Great service. Amy, and Bev in Lee's Summit are just super to deal with. Helpful, courteous, and professional agents. Give them a try I'll bet they can save you a bundle! :)
I continue to be VERY HAPPY with Auto Owners. I've been with them for years and they ROCK!PREVIOUSLY: Very helpful from the start and all the way through the process. They even reminded me of my appointment that morning at Car Star, because some how I had the wrong time. They are all stars!
