Just want to say thank you to Danailney. He came in and made sure we got taken care of while being in the middle of moving in to our new home. Very friendly and understanding. Thank y’all for sending him out.
They communicated very well from the beginning, we only needed a toilet installed but we are seniors and could not do it - they picked up the toilet from lowes, arrived at 8:20 on a Friday and were done and cleaned up by 8:45. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call them !
The team at Snake n Rooter are top notch. Tech Chris is very friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable! Appreciate you guys getting us taken care of! Scheduling was easy, they worked with our availability!
