So this picture explains it all! It’s raining. I found my new dry cleaner and they have a DRIVE THRU. Stop are you kidding me ? Could this be any more convenient? No. And the sweet man working was polite, helpful and kind both times I’ve interacted with him. I will be back. I will refer ??
I had my coat dry cleaned and there was a lot of lint on the coat. I made a post and the manager offered to fix the problem instead of making excuses. So I changed my review because that says a lot about their integrity.
I took a new, expensive comforter that had a stain that the Ross Cleaners employee wasn’t sure would come out since it was new and we didn’t know what the stain was from. I couldn’t return or exchange the comforter because it was a final sale. Well, they got the stain out completely and I was super happy with that. I took it there even though it’s out of my way because I knew if anyone can get a stain out it would be Ross Cleaners. They charge more than my local cleaners but I know to take our nicer clothes and bedding there when needed because you pay for what you get. They’ve been in the area at least 30 years and I hope they never close. I highly recommend... read full review
