Our basement flooded after a storm fried our sump pump - 4 inches of standing water! I put in a request for help at Rescue 1 at 8:30am on the 4th of July holiday and got a call at 8:35. Mike FaceTimed with us to troubleshoot, after which he came to our home when the rest of his team was out of town for the holiday, replaced the sump pump and made a plan for the following day to dry out the area. Did I mention this was all on the 4th of July holiday?! We have been beyond impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and kindness of Mike and will call him for future plumbing needs without hesitation!
My sink wouldnt shut off on a sunday evening. Every place wanted to charge me a super expensive after hour charge. Rescue 1 construction was able to talk me through how to turn off the water on the phone so I could schedule a non emergency appointment for a later date. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
Not a great experience with Rescue 1. Needed help getting siding replaced or repaired. They seemed very knowledgeable and ready to get it fixed. Provided good information over the phone, but it took constant nagging from my end to get responses. Kept telling me they would be out today or tomorrow and never showing(benefit of the doubt it did rain a couple times) but otherwise they just left me hanging. After the last no show they text a few days later to ask how is the leak? At this point we were already far past the leak and had mitigated for the time being and just wanting a quote on replacement which we had discussed multiple times before the last no show.
