He answered all my pre inspection questions and concerns and provided great communication on the process AND encourages homeowners to participate in the home inspection process! His report had a tight deadline due to a long holiday weekend during our ten day inspection period & he delivered on time! He helped showing us both need to know items and nice to know items.
