I love the individual rooms with a max of 3 people. I don't feel like I'm working out/sweating in front of tons of people. Plus the cardio options and weight area make it so versatile.
I have back issues and coming here has made the biggest difference! I can workout at my own pace with modifications while getting an amazing sweat! The staff here are so amazing! Super upbeat and happy. I also love the HIIT workouts, 15 minutes in and out! Highly recommend!!
Cannot say enough great things about this studio! After dealing with back pain for many years of my life, I am so glad that I gave HOTWORX a try two years ago. The infrared is nothing short of magical for aches and pains, and the workouts are fun and for all body types. Love that I can get a fifteen minute workout in on a busy day or hang out for multiple sessions when I have more time.
