This has been an amazing experience. All done from my own home 5 hours away. The meal plans and grocery guides made this plan so easy to follow. The support given from @betteryoufitness helped keep me encouraged and on track. I cannot recommend them enough.
Grant has trained me for almost 4 years now and its is by far the most consistent I've ever worked out in my life. He listens, adjusts and makes it enjoyable to come to the gym. Couldn't ask for anything else!
Great trainers, the most supportive and knowledgeable... and patient and encouraging, annnd know how to challenge you just to the point you think they might tell you nevermind because you can't do it but they never do and you find you actually can do it. Just a few hours a week, in and out, its all you need! Losing weight is more fun when you find muscles!
