My mother had called around to try and get someone to help fix her Samsung dryer. They were quick to respond, professional and very helpful over the phone, at no charge. I highly recommend them!!
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge from booking my appointment to the actual work. They came totally prepared with supplies so no added day or service fee. The young man was courteous and diligent, I highly recommend this company.
First time using Groom's for a heating and cooling appointment. It was very quick to get a service appointment for a water leak from furnace room and general A/C and furnace service. Since it was cool enough furnace service was able to be completed, so I'm ready for winter. As part of maintenance cleaned the fitting for the drain tube which should fix the water leak. Determined A/C was low on coolant, but given the time of year suggested we put that off until spring which saved me some money. I appreciate they didn't over sell the service call. I will be calling on them again come spring. Very happy with the service.
