They are open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary. Customers can walk-in or check-in online to skip the wait. The stylists aim to provide a great cut every time.

Customers have praised the consistent quality of service provided by the stylists, particularly Karen, who knows exactly how to cut hair. The salon has also been praised for its welcoming and accommodating staff, especially for senior customers with dexterity issues. However, some customers have noted that the salon does not wash or dry the hair after the cut.

The affordable prices, compared to their usual haircuts, have been a highlight for customers. Customers have expressed their satisfaction with the excellent job on their haircuts, even for those with long and curly hair. The salon has also received positive reviews for its quick and efficient service, with one customer's son being in and out with a great haircut.
