I had a main line clog. They broke through the clog at 20 feet and stopped pushing the cable by hand.The technician was concerned he could get his cable stuck in our septic tank which is approximately 60 feet out.He also had concerns he would damage the main line with his machines actually running.The line is still draining for now. Camera man is coming out tomorrow to check line.I would think they would have a brush head for their machine to avoid potential damage.I expected a clean main line as advertised. The cost was very low so I’m satisfied at this point.
