“Our basement flooded after a storm fried our sump pump - 4 inches of standing water! I put in a request for help at Rescue 1 at 8:30am on the 4th of July holiday and got a call at 8:35. Mike FaceTimed with us to troubleshoot, after which he came to our home when the rest of his team was out of town for the holiday, replaced the sump pump and made a plan for the following day to dry out the area. Did I mention this was all on the 4th of July holiday?!
