Tammy and the CRC team helped me out in so many ways. It's hard to put it all in words but I will try my best. Her videos showed me even though I was being compensated more than adequately that I was still being underpaid as a whole, She gave plenty of knowledge for the interview process on questions I needed to ask, knowing that I was the prize in the room and not the position being offered, the due diligence to take the time to find out about the person who was giving the interview.
