Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff! I was impressed with the customer service provided. This was my first visit here and I was impressed with the Friendly Agent that interviewed me.
I worked with Ana. She got me in the door to a new job within days. She helped me prep for my interview, and guided me every step of the way. She is transparent, and will take the steps that need to be taken to watch others succeed.

I went there for the first time a few months ago after being laid off unexpectedly from my previous job of 8 years. I went on a Interview less than 72 hours of visiting Business Personnel Services, although the job was in the same line of work, with good benefits, and better pay with the same schedule I had as well as closer to home it was not in a comfortable setting for me so I turned down the offer. I thought they would be understanding & helpful with looking for other opportunities for me. I was told that hopefully I had made the right decision and I probably missed out on a great opportunity. I thought that was a bit rude & dismissive of my feelings of being uncomfortable....read full review
