Paul was an amazing technician! He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the failed part all in under 30 minutes. Paul was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He even gave me some tips on how to use the new part properly. Our home is now running perfectly once again. I would reccomend B&L Plumbing to all of my friends and family!

B&L unclogged the sewer line in the basement of my 100-year-old home. It took several attempts and pivots, but they stuck with it, explaining the process and what they needed at every step, all while navigating my water/sewer line warranty (purchased through KC Water).

They were willing to explore multiple options and thoroughly explained everything to me before the work was done. While working, they were friendly, polite, efficient and kept me informed.
