I like it when a company calls and asks if it is OK to start the appointment earlier than scheduled. Paul was out service person and if we need plumbing services again I would call B&L Plumbing and ask for Paul. 1. Early 2, Got right to work. 3. I was able to watch and ask questions. 4.
