The home nurses were absolutely fantastic. They were always on time! Very kind and helpful in all phases of my recovery and always helped me achieve more than I thought was possible. They helped me to regain strength and stamina. I feel great!!!
My wife and I truly appreciate all the great care we have had from the professionals at Amedisys. I was discharged from the hospital to home health care to complete 6 weeks of IV therapy for a staph infection from surgery. I was discharged in the early afternoon and they called and offered to help us with our first injection. In very rapid succession, we saw nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy representatives. All of them were knowledgeable and caring professionals who went out of their way to give us the best help they could. Michelle and Stephanie were the best!!! They were so kind very helpful. I looked forward to our visits.
They worked with me in January 2026 after my spine surgery and just recently with my knee surgery.
I am having knee surgery on my other knee in Feb 2027 and I look forward to working with them again!
