Correct door was hard to find as it all looks like a school. But employees were super helpful and got us pointed in the right direction. My daughter had an appointment for OTP and they were sooo nice and patient with her. She has a lot of sensory issues and she accepted the ladies immediately (which doesn't happen much with strangers). We had ZERO meltdowns. They were so good at redirecting her when she got frustrated. She even got to meet and play with a new friend. All the staff, from the parking lot, to the waiting room, to the OTP room were very kind and helpful.
